Attorney Brett Buchheit received his LL.M. from Tulane University School of Law. He earned his law degree from the Appalachian School of Law where he was a law review editor and was elected to Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges.

He is an internationally-published author, having written numerous articles related to environmental law and energy law. He is the Director of the Liberty Trial Lawyers Internship at Law.  Mr. Buchheit also serves as Appalachian School of Law Alumni Association's Parliamentarian.

As a former Peace Corps Volunteer, Mr. Buchheit embodies The Frankl Law Firm's commitment to working to stand by individuals who are often under-represented.
